Unbreakable Advisory — Terms

1. Nature and scope

Unbreakable Advisory (“Advisory”) provides individual career and professional-development guidance to the person purchasing a session (“you”). Advisory is limited to topics such as career alignment, career transitions, professional positioning, executive positioning, leadership development, promotion strategy, job-search strategy, networking strategy, interview preparation, evaluating career opportunities, career-strategy discussions of compensation, professional growth, workplace decisions, professional resilience, and career planning.

Advisory does not provide services to your employer or any other organization. Advisory advises you about your career and does not advise your employer about its business.

2. Independent service

Unbreakable Advisory is an independent service of Unbreakable Media LLC (“Unbreakable Media,” “we,” “us”). Advisory is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any current or former employer of any Unbreakable advisor. No employer affiliation or endorsement is expressed or implied.

3. No employment, recruiting, or placement

Advisory does not include recruiting, placement, headhunting, or employment services. We do not, and cannot, guarantee any employment outcome, including but not limited to interviews, offers, promotions, compensation increases, or specific career results.

4. Not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice

Advisory does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or financial-planning advice. Where a session touches on compensation, benefits, equity, negotiation, or similar topics, the discussion is a career-strategy discussion and must not be treated as legal, tax, investment, or financial-planning advice. For those matters, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

5. Not medical or mental-health advice

Advisory is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. If you are experiencing a mental-health or medical concern, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Payment

Advisory sessions and engagements are one-time purchases at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. Purchases are separate from any Unbreakable One membership or subscription and do not modify, replace, or extend any membership entitlement.

7. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation

After purchase, you will be invited to schedule your session through the scheduling link we provide. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling so the time can be reallocated. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

8. Refunds

Because Advisory time is reserved specifically for you, sessions and engagements are generally non-refundable once purchased. If your session has not yet occurred, contact us and we will consider a good-faith refund or credit at our discretion. This section does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Your responsibility for decisions

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make about your career, employment, financial affairs, and life. Advisory provides guidance and perspective; the choices you make and the actions you take are your own.

10. Confidentiality of your session

We treat the contents of your Advisory sessions as confidential and use the information you share only to serve you within the engagement. We may retain plan artifacts (objective, priorities, action items, and any member-visible session summary) within your Unbreakable One account so you can access them later. We do not sell your personal information. See the Unbreakable One Privacy Policy for how personal information is otherwise processed.

11. Your responsibility regarding third-party confidential information

Please do not share confidential, proprietary, account-specific, or other non-public information belonging to your employer or another organization during a session or in the workspace. Advisory is intended to help you think about your career, not to analyze your employer’s confidential business information. You are responsible for complying with any confidentiality obligations you have to your employer or other parties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unbreakable Media’s total liability arising out of or relating to Advisory is limited to the amount you paid for the Advisory engagement giving rise to the claim. Unbreakable Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost income. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

Any frameworks, templates, prompts, or written materials Unbreakable provides to you in connection with Advisory remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own career and professional development. You may not resell, republish, or use them to provide services to third parties.

14. Termination

We may pause, decline, or terminate an engagement if we believe continuing would violate these Terms, applicable law, our professional judgment, or the boundaries described here. Where a termination is due to circumstances within our control and sessions remain unused, we will offer a good-faith refund or credit at our discretion.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page when we make changes.
