Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unbreakable One (the “Service”), operated by Unbreakable Media LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
• We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service.
• Use the AI Coach or any output from the Service to provide licensed professional advice (medical, legal, financial) to others.

5. AI Coach & Assessments — No Professional Advice

The Service includes AI-generated coaching responses and self-assessments. These are for reflective and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or human-resources advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your region.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, design, and code, is owned by Unbreakable Media LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the personal reflections you submit; you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content strictly to operate the Service for you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbreakable Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Unbreakable Media LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
