This Privacy Policy explains how Unbreakable Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Unbreakable One (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password.
• Content you submit: assessment answers, journal-style reflections, and AI Coach conversations.
• Billing data: subscription tier and status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: device type, pages viewed, feature usage, and general analytics events (via PostHog).
• Cookies & local storage: used for authentication, preferences (theme, dismissed banners), and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

• Deliver, personalize, and improve the Service.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
• Send optional drip-coaching emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Provide customer support and communicate product updates.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. AI Processing

When you interact with the AI Coach or receive personalized insights, your messages are processed by third-party large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic Claude, via a managed integration). We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models. Your reflections remain private to your account.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with:

• Payments: Stripe (processing subscriptions).
• Email delivery: Resend (transactional and drip emails).
• Analytics: PostHog (privacy-respecting product analytics).
• AI providers: Anthropic (through a managed integration), for AI Coach responses.
• Legal: Where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal reflections and assessment answers within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@unbreakableone.app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage where applicable, and strict access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S. for processing under this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
