The founder
Unbreakable One was founded by Russ Crane, MBA — a former VP at a global capital markets institution with 20+ years of executive-level client service experience. Russ was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta and has spent decades navigating career transitions, leadership growth, and building resilience. The platform reflects the philosophy of his work: resilience is built beforehand, not during the crisis.
