   Your assessments and coaching conversations are private by default.

   No employer, partner, or third party sees them. Assessment scores stay on your dashboard. Coaching conversations stay in your session history.

   You control your information and can delete it.

   Clear a single conversation, wipe your entire coaching history, or delete your account outright — with an immediate purge and no waiting period.

   We collect only what the service needs.

   The account you create, the resume you upload, the answers you provide, and the reflections you write — that’s it. No hidden trackers.

   We protect your data with industry-standard security.

   TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, bcrypt-hashed passwords, HttpOnly session cookies. Payments never touch our servers — Stripe handles those directly.
